*Use only the ONE official member name even if someone else is filling out the selection form

*Please use the same name and spelling each week (example: Bob or Robert or Bobby, pick ONE and use it consistently)

*Be sure to click on the Submit button at the bottom and see the page that says  "Success!!"

​

*Getting an email receipt is recommended .  It confirms your order and lets you review what you selected

​

*You can redo your order if you need to, the last submission will be used

​

*Make your selection before the deadline at Noon on Sunday. The form is closed and goes to processing at that time. If you do not make a selection we will choose for you and you get a full share

*If you are on vacation you will still automatically receive the selection form
